Conor’s background in sound design and audio technology as well as his caring and attentive qualities led him to his natural vocation within Audiology, qualifying as an RHAD in 2008. He has developed a wealth of knowledge and technical skills over the years in clinical and managerial roles, and is a long-standing champion of the importance of patient centred care in Audiology. Conor passionately believes that taking the time to fully understand the hearing needs of each client is crucial, as this enables him to design truly individual solutions to deliver quality of life improvements to those under his care.
Conor enjoys football, music, travel, and pretty much anything to do with Japan. Most of all though he loves to spend as much quality time as possible with his wife and young daughter (who is definitely growing up too fast!)

Ciara puts patients at the heart of what she does, offering a high level of care, and her commitment to consistently delivering high standards has been reflected in her being given various Clinical Leadership roles over the years.
She has experience of working with many different hearing aid manufacturers, using her knowledge to deliver the results her patients need. Ciara really enjoys her career and tries to learn something new every day, taking her greatest joy from helping people.
In her spare time, Ciara loves to spend time with her partner and her two pugs. They enjoy finding new places to walk their dogs together. Ciara also enjoys music, movies, craft work and playing guitar.

His patient and caring nature helps him connect with his patients and provide high quality care.
Shane is an avid cricketer and all-round sportsman. He enjoys spending time outdoors as much as possible – hiking, fishing, and bird watching fills his weekends when there is no sport on. Shane enjoys spending time with his family and is always up for a braai (South African barbeque).
Glenn started his career in optics before becoming a fully qualified hearing aid audiologist through De Montfort University in Leicester. Glenn has been providing audiology care to patients in Northern Ireland for over 15 years and he was keen to join our team at True Tone because of the emphasis he knew we place on patient care and customer service. Glenn is also certified in micro suction wax removal.

“Myself and my wife go to see Katie most helpful explained everything in simple terms would highly recommend to anyone”
“Great service from Shane. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit to him if you have any hearing problems.”
“The advice offered by True Tone was excellent. They explained everything brilliantly and put me at my ease. Importantly, they did not make me feel self-conscious about seeking advice about my hearing and convinced me. of the benefits of exploring acquiring hearing aids. I realise that there is a link to developing dementia if a person feels cut off from conversations and social interactions if they cannot hear properly. I witnessed this in my own family and wish I could have persuaded my father to explore hearing aids. Thank you True Tone and Katie and her colleagues for their great service.”
“A big thank you to Katie for testing and supplying hearing aids for me. Best thing I’ve ever done! It was a great service, great after-care, and nothing was too much trouble.”
“Blown away by the technology and also the knowledge of the technician. I was made to feel very important and relaxed throughout the appointment. Highly recommended”
“Nicole is a genius. After she ‘hoovered’ my ears for wax yesterday, I came home and listened to my astonishing hi-fi, and it was like having an upgrade. And a lot cheaper than getting a new hi-fi!!”
“Was very impressed by Ciara, her knowledge, wisdom and understanding of hearing issues was first class, put me through a full range of tests, and explained everything with thoughtfulness and kindness. Highly recommended,”
“I have tried 4 different types of hearing aids in the past, but none came close to the Starkey hearing aids Conor fitted for me. So many helpful features. I am able to listen to the TV, group conversations and converse on the phone with ease. Just a vast improvement to my everyday life. Thank you!”
“I expected today on my hearing test for the person to pop a device into my ears and say you’re good there is no wax or anything else they could see, but not in this case, the lady called Ciara went through my history relating to my job and what it entailed then checked my ears as I watched the screen then got me to go into a sound proof inclosure and did another test and finally got me to do a visual test on a computer screen and I am happy to say I passed and my hearing is perfect which I am delighted about and going forward Ciara was able to give advice on wearing hear protection while using power tools, if any one has concerns about their hearing just book an appointment with this lady.”
“Just had a wonderful customer service experience with your Audiologist, Ciara, in your Newry, Co Down clinic. A relatable, understanding and very professional audiologist. I will be recommending Ciara and her service far and wide. Thank you so much for a very positive experience.”
